Important Affiliate Terms & Conditions

• Please Note: If you attempt to game, scam, or cheat the system to win prizes, request refunds, or initiate chargebacks, your account will be permanently banned, and you will forfeit all commissions. You cannot make purchases through your own affiliate link nor ask friends or family to do so.
• Compliance: You agree to follow FTC guidelines and abide by all applicable local laws while promoting Sqribble 2.0 products and services.
• Launch Details:
  
  1. The contest begins on February 10TH, 2025, at 10 AM EST, and ends on February 15TH, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
  2. There are no minimum sales required to win prizes. Prizes are based on the highest gross sales revenue.
  3. The leaderboard will be determined by the total sales revenue generated.
  4. Only teams of two affiliates are allowed.
• Prize Terms & Conditions:
Prize Options:

1. 1st Place: Choose between $5,000 in cash or a prize bundle valued at up to $5,000.
2. 2nd Place: Choose between $2,000 in cash or a prize bundle valued at up to $2,000.
3. 3rd Place: Choose between $1,000 in cash or a prize bundle valued at up to $1,000.
4. Bundle Value Cap: The total value of the prize bundle cannot exceed the announced cash equivalent for that prize level ($5,000 for 1st place, $2,000 for 2nd place, and $1,000 for 3rd place).
Shipping Restrictions: The prize bundle is only available for shipping within the United States. Affiliates outside the U.S. will receive the cash prize as the default option.
Cost Adjustments: If the total cost of the bundle exceeds the specified cash equivalent, the affiliate is responsible for paying the difference. Any additional shipping charges and tax are also the affiliate's responsibility.
Item Availability: If any items in the bundle are unavailable or out of stock, the remaining balance of the prize (up to the cash equivalent) will be paid in cash.
Finalization: All prizes are subject to final verification and availability at the time of award.
Payouts: Commission are paid monthly, like clockwork, for as long as your referrals are active on their subscriptions.
• Link Cloaking: We recommend cloaking your affiliate links in emails, autoresponders, and on social media to maximize your reach and conversions.
• Prohibited Traffic: Do not send spam or junk traffic of any kind. Traffic sources like AdFly, Traffic Monsoon, Safe Lists, and similar “cheap traffic” are prohibited. Violating this rule will result in a ban and forfeiture of commissions.
• Negative Marketing: Negative marketing tactics such as “Is Sqribble 2.0 a Scam - Review” are not allowed. If detected, you will be banned from promoting the product immediately.
• No Cash Rebates: Offering cash rebates as an incentive for purchases is strictly prohibited.
• Stay Updated: Sign up for our JV email list to receive important affiliate updates.
• Prize Payments: All prizes will be paid out 30 days after the end of the launch competition.
• Cash Value Cap: The total value of any prize cannot exceed the advertised cash value of the contest.
• Custom Bonus Pages: We recommend creating a custom bonus page to differentiate yourself from other affiliates and increase conversions. Unique email swipes also work wonders!
• Brand Use: Promote Sqribble with enthusiasm! Use our brand name in your reviews and ads, keeping your message positive and accurate. However, please don't create social media pages or channels that appear to be official Sqribble pages (e.g., "Sqribble Fan Page" or "Sqribble Group").
• Commissions: The minimum commission rate is 50% for the entire funnel. You’ll earn recurring affiliate commissions for each sale you make as long as the customer stays with us and pays his/ her subscription fees.
• Refund Encouragement: You may NOT encourage customers to request a refund from another affiliate in order to make a purchase through you.
• Membership Restrictions: You cannot add our product to any type of membership site where multiple people have access to it for any kind of fee or arrangement. This will be considered intellectual property theft and may result in legal action.
• Impersonation: You shall NOT send emails posing as "Sqribble" or impersonate our brand in any way.
• Review Access: Demo accounts are granted to established affiliates with a proven track record, strong references, or on a case-by-case basis. Contact us.
• Fraud: We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Any affiliate involved in scams, chargeback abuse, or other dishonest practices will be permanently banned and subject to legal action.
